- National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). Sue is the National Assn of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) media spokesperson for the Tampa Bay Area.
- Sue is President of Northern Pinellas County Crimewatches for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office since 1997.
- Sue is a past member of the Board of Directors Dunedin Historical Society.
- Sue is CPI Community Policing Institue Graduate and Member of CPI Alumni Association.
- Sue is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Veterinary Specialists, a 24-Hour Critical Care Facility, Tampa.
- Sue and her husband are both members of CERT (Citizens Emergency Response Team). Trained and Certified by FEMA.
- United Animal Nations Emergency Animal Rescue Service. Sue is a trained rescue team member and assisted with animals rescued following Hurricane Katrina.
- Sue and her husband are both members of DVERT (Dunedin Volunteer Emergency Response Team).
